In the UK, orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class, or Royal Mail First Class.

Outside of the UK, orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard, or Royal Mail International Tracked.

All orders A4 sized or smaller are shipped in board-backed envelopes. Orders containing A3 items are shipped in cardboard mailing tubes.

Your order will aim to be dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering,. From dispatch, your order will take up to 1 week to arrive in the UK, and up to 4 weeks to arrive internationally. Please note, we cannot track your order if you did not select tracked shipping at checkout.

This is a one-woman show, so mistakes can sometimes happen!

If you selected tracked shipping, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracking number via email that you can use to locate your order. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive internationally, so if your order has not arrived within this time, please check with your local delivery/customs office.
